The Role As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee all clinical operations within the home, ensuring compliance, quality care delivery, and strong team leadership.
Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence and supporting staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team (RNs, ENs, and Care Staff)
- Oversee care planning, documentation, and AN-ACC processes
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Manage audits, accreditation, and clinical governance
- Oversee incident management, SIRS, and risk processes
- Support staff development, mentoring, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar leadership role)
- Proven experience leading and managing clinical teams
- Strong knowledge of aged care compliance and clinical governance
- Confident communicator with strong leadership capability
- $135k + Super
