About the Opportunity: FCM VIP Travel Consultant

As a VIP Travel Consultant, you'll be working with a select group of key stakeholders within our Government portfolio, using your expertise in fares and complex itineraries to deliver professional and precise travel arrangements including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations using Sabre GDS.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations. Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in making travel arrangements, ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity. Execute bookings in Sabre GDS with proficiency and accuracy Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client. Communicate with key stakeholders with professionalism and expertise Maintain favourable working relationships with accounts and all their employees Employ strong time management skills and professionalism

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel consulting / travel management Expertise in fares and complex itineraries High end Corporate experience is an advantage Excellent GDS proficiency - Sabre experience preferable Self-ticketing an advantage High touch, excellent customer service & high attention to detail To be a 'people person' with networking and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills Positive attitude and a will to succeed Great business acumen
