The Opportunity
This role combines people leadership, account growth and hands on operational coordination. You will lead the branch team, grow existing accounts, and oversee portable equipment hire across commercial and event clients.

What you will be doing
- Recruit, lead and develop branch staff
- Manage day to day branch operations and service delivery
- Grow existing client accounts and maximise sales to budget
- Identify new opportunities within the current customer base
- Coordinate equipment hire for commercial projects and events
- Manage scheduling, logistics and fast turnaround projects
What we are looking for
- Background in Sales, Business Development, Branch or Operations Management
- Strong relationship building and commercial mindset
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Experience coordinating projects, logistics or events is highly valued
- Mechanical services, HVAC or equipment hire exposure is a bonus
