The Opportunity:
Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Kent is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Brisbane.
In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:
Performing all work in accordance with the Kent Quality Management and Health, Safety & Security System and within agreed time and schedule constraints.
Participation as Senior Electrical Engineer in Multidiscipline Projects (feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design, procurement and construction) in Greenfield and Brownfield development projects
Provide technical as part of the electrical engineering capability within the Kent Brisbane office
Liaison with clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships
Liaison with suppliers and contractors
Liaison with the other disciplines, client’s engineering and production personnel to ensure consistent basis for all input parameters
Execution of electrical engineering calculations and studies
Electrical equipment procurement, evaluation and vendor data review
Report and specification writing
Documentation of assumptions and assessment of development risks for each option
Analysis and design
Trouble shooting and problem-solving
Site survey and inspection activities (as required)
