Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Community Based | Logan & Scenic Rim
Location: South Brisbane / Logan / Scenic Rim, QLD
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super + Private Health Cover

Are you a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a meaningful and rewarding role in a community setting? We are working with a client who is actively seeking an enthusiastic OT to join their growing, family-focused therapy team supporting children and their families across Logan, South Brisbane and the Scenic Rim.

About the Role

Community-based paediatric OT role supporting children up to 16 years of age.

Work with clients experiencing Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, social-emotional regulation, learning difficulties, and developmental delays.

Provide therapy in home, school, and early learning environments as needed.

Collaborate with families, carers, and educators to achieve meaningful, functional goals.

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver strength-based interventions.

Documentation, report writing, and team collaboration as part of a multidisciplinary model.

Candidate Requirements
-
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
-
Full AHPRA registration
-
Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Open driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Prior experience in paediatrics preferred (new graduates with strong passion also welcome)

Strong understanding of child development and disability
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills

Commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice
