The role

An opportunity has arisen within our Mass Fundraising team for a CRM Systems Administrator. This is a permanent full-time position, based in our corporate offices in South Brisbane.

Working closely with the Head of Mass Fundraising, the CRM Systems Administrator is responsible for the support and maintenance of our CRM and related fundraising systems. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity that underpins supporter experience, and strategic decision-making.

We’re looking for someone to take the lead in managing and optimising our Dynamics 365 CRM to power CHF’s fundraising campaigns and supporter engagement. You’ll keep our systems running smoothly, support staff with day-to-day CRM use, and ensure our data is accurate, secure, and insightful. Working closely with fundraising, digital and IT teams, you’ll help design smarter supporter journeys, streamline processes, and drive improvements that boost engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key criteria

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Tertiary or vocational qualification in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft certifications preferred (Power Platform, Dynamics, Azure, Microsoft 365); other relevant IT certifications also valued
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (ideally including Customer Insights – Journeys)
  • 3+ years as a System Administrator with demonstrated experience in system improvement projects and integrations
  • Strong SQL query writing and data analysis skills across multiple data sources
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform development and administration, plus familiarity with MS Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Data Warehouse tools, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Experience in no-code/low-code development, scripting (including JavaScript), and system integrations
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to deliver system enhancements and resolve technical issues
